Course overview 


The introduction to Montessori Classroom Practice program provides an opportunity for classroom assistants, specialists, or others, to pursue an introduction to the philosophy and pedagogy articulated by Dr. Maria Montessori. Courses are offered in Chinese only.

Course Outline

Academic Courses (42 Hours)

• Montessori View of Child – 6.5 hrs
• Learning Environment – 6.5 hrs
• Role of Adult – 3 hrs
• Curriculum (Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math and Culture) – 20hrs
• Observation – 3 hrs synchronous + 3 hrs written observation report

Admission Requirement
At least a high school graduation, GED, or the international equivalent  

Fee: 
• Registration Fee: $250 USD
• Tuition Fee: $850 USD
• Certificate & Processing Fee: $100 USD
Total: $1,200 USD

Program Outcomes
